Hi everyone! :wavey: Well here I go again…..I’ve had food diaries on this site before and have switched between SW and WW a few times! The last time I was on WW was this time last year when I was trying to lose a few more lbs in time for my wedding and honeymoon! I managed to get down to 10st and I felt ok at that weight. Then came the wedding :love047:, fantastic all inc. honeymoon in the Maldives :candledinnerabsolute paradise!) and then Xmas and I managed to put 10lbs back on! So all year I have been messing around doing a couple of weeks of WW then a couple of months of SW and even tried Slimfast for 3 weeks and I’m still the same weight as I was after Xmas haha! Anyway I’ve decided enough is enough and I’m turning back to WW which is the only diet that seems to work long term for me (I lost 3 stone on it about 7 years ago, most of it stayed off too!). I started back last Saturday when I weighed in at 10st 10lbs and have managed to stick to it, even over the weekend I was good which is usually when I go off the rails! :break_diet:I always have a Friday night treat although I am trying to cut the portion size of that to limit the damage. I would like to lose the 10lbs I have put back on. I am not a fan of exercise but am trying to keep myself more active at home rather than just sitting on the sofa all night watching the soaps lol! I will try to update daily – any comments or suggestions are very welcome, I have found this site very helpful in the past……oh I'm on 19 points a day (ish!), will weigh in on a Friday morning and am not attending classes......Wish me luck...

B: 2 x Weetabix (2), 125ml ss milk (1), 100g strawbs (0.5) = 3.5
S: Alpen Light (1)
L: 2 x wg rice cakes (1), 2 x apple rice cakes (1), 30g Phili (0.5), 80g cottage cheese (1.5), celery/toms (0), banana (1) = 5
D: Shepherd’s Pie (7)
S: WW cheese bites (1)
S: WW choc biscuit (1.5)
