Tinyshoes is back!

Tuesday 1st December - omg Xmas month yay! :smiley1842:well I'm going to have a Green Day today, but I am in 2 minds at the moment whether to carry on or just try and maintain til Xmas. We are doing building works/decorating in our house at the moment and everywhere is dusty and our food cupboards are all over the place and I'm finding it really hard to plan meals and have time to prepare lunches etc, so last night I was all ready for giving up then this morning I feel ok about it again.....hormonal? I don't know, I'll try to stick to it where I really can I think but at the moment I can't help but have to grab quick meals/snacks sometimes, or eat out!

2 x HEA - 125ml ss milk & 14g cheddar 1 HEA, 28g cheese
2 x HEB - Oatsosimle Original, small wm bread roll
Syns - Flora x light 2, Tom K 1,

Breakfast:
Oatsosimple Original (HEB) with 125ml ss milk (1/2 HEA)

Lunch:
Wm roll, Flora x light (1), 14g cheese (1/2 HEA), Tom K (1)
Walker's Lites (5.5)
Activia Fat Free Cherry Yoghurt
Satsuma

Dinner:
Homemade veg soup
Jacket Potato with Flora x light (1) 28g cheese (HEA) and baked beans

Snacks:
Grapes

Drink:
3 x coffee (2 decaf)
3 x NAS squash
1 x tea
 
Well I missed a day on here somehow! Am still in two minds whether to diet or maintain til xmas which isn't helping me stick to the diet 100%, but I'm still determined to keep a diary so that I stay in the habit of writing down what I eat! not a good day really so far, think I'm hormonal not sure really but feeling the need for lots of sweet things at the mo, and a bit tired too!

Thursday 4th December - EE

1 x HEA - ?
1 x HEB - 2 x wm bread
19 Syns - Flora 1, marmalade 2, WW tomato soup 4, small wm roll 5, 2 digestive biscuits 7,

Breakfast:
2 x wm bread (HEB)
1 tsp Flora x light (1),2 tsp marmalade (2)
Activia FF cherry yoghurt

Lunch:
WW tomato soup (4)
Small wm roll (5)
2 x digestive biscuits :eek: 7?

Dinner:
Chicken
Rice
Curry sauce - mushy peas, chopped toms, curry powder

Snacks:
None

Drink:
3 x coffee (1 decaf)
3 x NAS squash
1 x green tea with cranberry


Wednesday 3rd December - EE

1 x HEA - 5 LC light triangles
1 x HEB - 2 x wm bread
17.5 syns :eek: - Flora 1, marmalade 2, UBens SFRice 2, Revels 8.5, Cad buttons 4

Breakfast:
2 x 400g wm bread (HEB)
1 tsp Flora x light (1) 2 tsp marmalade (2)
Activia FF cherry yoghurt

Lunch:
Pasta
5 x LC light triangles (HEA)
Satsuma

Dinner:
Stir fried veg, oriental Fry-Lite, soya sauce
Salmon
1/3 pack Uncle Ben's Special Fried Rice (2)

Snacks (all fell apart a bit after Dinner!):
Apple, small pack revels (8.5 I think), mini cad buttons (4)
