Tips for larger points allowances.

My hubby & I are hoping to get back on WW in 2 weeks time when we come back from our holiday,he gets an allowance of 32 points and he can't eat them, he can't even get close.

Does anyone have any tips on how to manage it? He isn't sure if he's getting enough energy etc if he doesn't eat them all but he just can't physically fit anymore in.

TIA, Kimbers

My hubby has 31 points and he eats stuff like beef (which is more points then say chicken) and it helps when you have none WW versions of things like bread for example. We have Hovis instead of WW stuff..

But what has helped is he has a snack between meals, know this isn't for everyone as some are too full to eat between meals, but it works for him...

A normal day would be...

a double helping of muesli & some skimmed milk(around 7pts).

a bagel with philadelphia and gammon for lunch (5pts I think)

chicken cooked in a sauce with lots of rice and veg. (8pts approx)

He'll drink 2 cups of coffee with 2 heaped tsps sugar in them and perhaps a very low fat yogurt and a piece of fruit.

I'll maybe have to rethink what I'm cooking for us, perhaps give him a bigger lunch.

Does it cause problems if he doesn't eat all his points?
