I have a terrible cold & need it to be gone as soon as possible. I feel awful - burning throat, earache & blocked sinuses. Any tips considering I'm on ss & struggling to get all 4 packets down as it is. I guess my body barely has the energy to do anything other than basic functioning on ss so I don't want it to take longer to get better because of this. I wonder if adding a ss+ meal will help? Any tips, I just need to get better asap?
