make sure you are in the right frame of mind for starting and above all else you must diet for yourself and no one else!
at the end of your first week and you see a weight loss you will be more keen to stick with it as you have found that it is working!
come on this site for advice or even to sound off if it stops you reaching for that chocolate bar!
peppermint green tea tastes like a hot chocolate drink and is only 1 cal per cup so that saves you around 40 cals for a proper choc drink. it also boosts your metabolism and is great for weight loss. :D

It's hard at first but stick to it.
Exercise as much as you can.
