ive been on the diet 4 3weeks and lost 12lbs but still got loads to do. but today i just want to eat something.

toast will more than likely kick you out of ketosis and you may have to start again HOWEVER I read another thread by someone who did have toast and remained in ketosis however I doubt thats the case with everyone as toast=carbs. Maybe look at a less restricted diet if you feel CD is not for you. Whatever you choose take care and good luck xx

Try to get past today anyway you can except for eating! Have another shake it may help. Once you get further into the diet today will be forgotten and you wont feel any hunger and you will be so pleased you didnt give in to food.
Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

toast is a BIG no no on this diet hon. sorry.
if it's killing you maybe you should move up the plans a bit so you can eat a little...
