I'm just back from a full day shadowing in a GP practise as I'm a medical student, gotta say I'm so tired I barely want to eat Anyone else just get home and can't get motivated to go out to the gym?! help!!

I got into the habit long ago of having an afternoon nap and even now I like one. I get really horrible if I am tired.

oh hun im the same most days :-( im a student nurse and spend most of my time on placement on busy wards. just finished a placement in a totally hectic med rec ward, was mad.
