well i have had real problems with them this time, got the pysillam husks in capsule form ( couldnt bare the thought of drinking them ) and have had to up and up them, weight loss wasnt great this week ( then lost 3 lb the next day after "going" ) am now on 12 caps insted of 6 and its just not getting any better.

does anyone know of anything else that i could use ( senna just gives me horrendous cramps and nothing else ) as i feel so bad with it i could quite easily cry

I went to docs last week about it, got some movicol which basically moves it slowly out of your colon and its like drinking a lemon drink...more water to help you on your way...

Movicol are brilliant, yes pricey but so worth it! no cramps, but Claire, if you have peppermint oil, i swear by it, hot water and peppermint, even peppermint tea! xx
