I can't seem to find the answer in the forum but here's my latest worry: constipation. I can't imagine what one would be able to....let go of while on the Sole Source.

I've had serious problems with the ol' bowel movements in the past and was wondering if anyone had any tips as to what to do to ensure well... transit.

Anyone of the SS veterans can give me some reassurance that it has all the fiber needed and it will all be fine?

Cheers for that, I'll research it.

Less worried now as for the time being coffee seems to do the trick.

Make sure you take fibre 89 or fibregel or something similar.

At least you thought of it before the inevitable happens, well done you! x

when i was on Slimming world before i had my baby ( before i was pregnant) i had a weekened of agony, i very nearly had to go to hospital, i wont go into it but it was the most painful weekend of my entire life!
anyway lol, i took fibre89 when i started CD its a powder that you add to your shakes twice a day, that helped, but then i saw holland and barrat had an offer for psyllium husks tablets, i got 400 capsules for a tenna and will last for ever! you take 2 tablets 3 times a day with lots of water, and they help a lot, do it before you need it though or it could make it worse!.
