Trying to find my motivation....

So, I've been on SW on and off for a few years. My last attempt was going quite well - I'd lost 61lbs and the weight was coming off steadily.

Then about a year ago, my doctor changed my contraceptive pill and I put on a about a stone in 2 weeks. (I am not even joking!) I'm an emotional eater so,as you can imagine, I fell off of the SW wagon hard!

I've spent the last 6 months just trying to not gain any more weight and undo any more of the good work but I am desperate to find my motivation to start losing again. I'm an online member as I can't commit to a regular group and I was also previously a lurker on here. I remember it being a very supportive place and I think that is what I need.

If anyone has any motivational tips that work for them, I'd love to hear them :)

61lbs off on SW is very impressive...obviously the SW plan suits you.

I find doing a food diary is helping me to keep my focus and stay on track along with the support of our members, perhaps you might like to give it a go...just think by summer you could have that pesky stone off again.
