Ladies a question...

Has totm ever effected weight loss and hunger pangs?

I've been on nearly 3 weeks and I'm feeling grim, it's only my third proper period in about 7 years as I have the implant.

I'm always hungry and I feel bloated and constipated :/

snap - deffo feel more hungry at totm. eightloss helps hormones ect ect so periods become more and more frequent and we become more fertile. (even if ya on contraception)

think ya normal hun, i tend to have a good much/blow out once a month cos im an horrible cow totm lol xx
