To count or not to count activity points?

    Just wondering- activity points are SO vague, I'm going the cinema later and am walking there and back however how can one say it's a slow/gentle walk?! Do you count and use them, or collect and use at the end of the week? Or just not bother at all?

    I don't count them (unless I'm desperate for something at the end of the day lol). I do write them on my tracker (just for my info) but don't bother including them in my daily allowance. I'm never sure tbh if I've calculated them correctly so I just use any exercise as a bonus!!

    yeah i wouldnt count them as whats the point in burning calories if you're going to replace them with more? it would just mean ur weight loss rate would stay the same, it wouldnt speed up much if at all

    I dont use my activity points at all i use my exercise as a way of speedinng my weight loss up abit :)

    apparently the bonus points are only bonus points after you have done 10,000 steps a day, so ive heard....
