To hide the scales, or not hide the scales?


Determination is Key
Every time I go to the bathroom, be it for a pee or a shower, I have to weigh myself. It's a compunction. I can't help myself.

And of course during the first week, I could see movement on the scales every couple of days, but it doesn't seem to be moving this week, even though I'm being so good.

Will this de-motivate me, you think?
Should I hide them?

Hello, for me personally I like to weigh in once a week first thing in the morning because for me weight fluctuates far to much day to day and think it would get me down.
