To syn or have rice pudding !

This is my third week on this diet and I have a question.
As I went a bit overe my syns at the weekend, I decided to be 'good' today and tomorrow before WI on Weds.So having only had 4.5 syns by evening, I was wondering would it be better to have say an Alpen for 3 syns or have a big bowl of rice pudding with no syns.I find this very difficult to understand that something that tastes soo good can have no syns.
Anyway, i'd be interested to hear from some of you more experienced people than me, is it better to have some syns in a small bar say or a bowl of stodge with no syns?
I can't possibly loose weight this week given that I've had rice pudding 3 times

no idea what a syn is but i sometimes make up for eating too much by more exercise - 3 x rice pudding doesnt sound too bad?
