To Weigh or Not To Weigh

    Well, first week of my diet went so well until last night when I pigged out. Now I'm worried about my first weigh in as if I don't see results I'll probally get upset and lose all motivation. Do you guys think I should hold out another week before I get weighed?

    hiya, i'd probabily just go and get it over with hun, the damage is done now so to speak but i don't think it will be that bad anyway x good luck x
