To zumba or not to zumba......

It will make you feel better. And you'll be so pleased with yourself once you've done it.
I'm making myself do the shred tonight. Infact I make myself do it every day, otherwise I'll sit on the sofa and watch tv. I'm on day 15 so half way there. Whoop, whoop.
Do it, you'll feel even worse if you dont later on tonight.
 
I feel like that before I go running then when i'm out there i feel so much better and feel good afterwards. Sometimes its just too easy to stop inside and chill lol :)
 
Exercise usually makes me feel better but if I'm in the mood where I REALLY don't want to workout there's absolutely no point, I'll barely give 10% & so it's not worth it. Plan to go again next week :)
