Toast weakness help :(

So I feel really bad. Was starving when I got in and my asda shopping wasn't delivered until 8pm so I ended up having 2 slices of white bread toast with lurkpak
Lighter on how many points have a wasted on this

Mine would be a hell of a lot more as I like to have my toast cool/cold with lashings of butter! or warm with peanut butter.
