Heavenly, so nice to have something resembling toast, even if this is just a muffin mix really!!
2 tbspns oatbran
1 egg
1 tbspn natural yoghurt
lots of pepper
mixed herbs
30g philly extra light
I mixed everything apart from the philly and put into a little silicon ring mould I have. Baked for about 30 mins on 180.
Left to cool, then cut in half and toasted and spread with the philly. It tasted like proper food!!!
