Today birthday; tomorrow start CD

Hi all, today I hit the big 40 and have been celebrating all weekend. Tomorrow I'm starting CD for the first time and am determined to be thin during this next decade. Have had my 'before' pics taken tonight (not a very pretty sight) and can't wait until I have some 'during' and 'after' shots done that I can feel proud about. Have been following others progress over the last couple of weeks and found it to be very inspiring. Will let everyone know how I get on next week.

Happy Birthday!! This diet works amazingly if you stick to it! The first few days can be a bit tough, and can take a while to get used to, but for me it seems to get easier everyday. Good luck keep us posted! And come on here for support, its fab

Thanks everyone for the best wishes. Day 2 for me will soon be over - I'm drinking loads of water to try and keep the headaches at bay, but I'm shattered!
