Zumba is amazing, they do a class at my gym, for all levels and you just do as much as you can, but the instructor is a maniac, she bounces around like Tigger for an hour and a half! Its tiring just watching her!

Why kind of people go to your class Lauren? I know what I'm like, if i cant keep up or do the moves or if I'm the biggest there with a load of gyrating size 6 lasses I won't go back!!!!

The instructor in my class is the only one close to a size 6, the rest of us are lovely curvy ladies
