Ok ive made a desision, ive been on a 1500 calorie diet for a lil while and ive decided its not working,
Going back to 2000, i know it will mean my weight loss might suffer but im 10 stone 12 and ultimatly as long as i can stay around this then id be happy, im guessing my weight might go up as my body gets used to the new intake but hopefully itl settle down after a while, its only 500 calories differance but its making me miserible.
Hope everyone is doing better than me lol
