Todays Food Diary - pls give advise or let me know if doing anything wrong

    Start Weight:
    slimming world
    Red Day:

    B: 2 slices w/meal 400g toast with banana, handful grapes, cup of tea from allowance

    L: 4 Ryvita, cream cheese, tomato, grapes, yoghurt, satsuma

    D: Will be roast pork, carrots, parsnips, peas, brocolli.

    Syns prob gravy & kallo choc rice cakes X 2

    Goal Weight:
    just a couple of things:

    Cream Cheese - this should be synned
    Parsnips - These are not free on a red day

    Everything else looks ok though

    Just a quickie - try to keep a running tab of your syns either daily or weekly, as it is so easy to over run.

    Peas and parsnips arent free on a Red Day Hun. You really arent eating very much at all.
    Can I suggest you have a look at the other Food Diaries on here to see what others are having. It will also give you some ideas.
