So, after a couple of bad days, I've managed to pull myself together. I've been doing EE since I started in September and have decided to try Original and Green days as a way of going back to basics and maintaining my interest.
I'd be grateful for any comments, as I'm not sure I'm doing this 100% correctly!

(Daily drinks = black coffee, 'normal white' tea, green tea and water, usually totally 8 or more mugfuls)

Monday Red
Breakfast
Porridge, made with water and milk from allowance (remaining milk for use in tea) (HEB & HEA)
Blueberries/Raspberries
Orange

Lunch
Carrot & ginger soup
Slices of ham, spread with Philly lite (1/2 HEA)
Mango and apple

Supper
Roast chicken salad (lettuce, tomato, celery, beetroot, cucumber, pepper)
Boiled new potatoes
Fruit salad
Salad cream 2 Syns
(deliberately kept Syns low to compensate for weekend indulgence)(HEB)


Tuesday Red
Breakfast
Plain FF yoghurt
Fruit salad of grapefruit, orange, grapes, melon & blueberries

Lunch
Sardines
HB egg
Salad (as yesterday)
Salad cream (2 Syns)
Mullerlight yoghurt

Supper
Baked cod
Baked potato (HEB)
Peas (HEB)
Mushrooms
Roasted tomato
Tomato sauce (2 Syns)
Mullerlight yoghurt

Milk (1/2 HEA) used in drinks

(Oh dear, only 1/2 of HEA used, but I've had pleny of yoghurt so don't think I will come to any harm! If I feel peckish, then I'll nibble a Babybel cheese)

Will probably use a few extra Syns on a couple of M&S Jaffa cakes with my last drink before bed!
