one of my new faves

mix one tsp minced garlic, one tsp minced Ginger (I bought mine from a Chinese supermarket, cheaper there, but ordinary supermarket sell them too)

in a bowl with a tablspoon soy sauce and a little oil

cut your tofu into little squares and mix (gently) into the mixture
leave to marinade for at least an hour( or whenever)

put mixture on a sheet of foil, and either grill, or cook in oven( low heat) until browning
I sprinkle on top of a stir fry of low carb veggies, broccoli, courgette, beansprouts, celery

is yummy
don't do what I did last time and forget them in the oven- they turned out like crispy croutons!
I use about 4oz tofu for this recipe
