Gotta ask this question!!
has anyone had excess wind when doing CD?
My god!! I've never bottie burped so much!!!!
Or is it just me?

funny you should say that, I have changed a shake for a bar this week.
Never noticed any difference last week...

Same here the bars give me bad wind and I think they are also responsible for a bout of constipation I had too so I've cut them out this week to see how I go
