no problem 2x400gr tomato
1 small tin carrots
1 tin baked beans
1 chicken stock cube
1pickled onion
1/2 pint water
pinch salt and pepper
liquidise and heat as required
enjoy

Just having a cup of it now, its yummy, mine is probably a little thicker than usual though as I couldnt fit the water in once all other ingrediants were in haha (only got a juicer) but it's delish all the same
