Tom soup

Super easy eh... take one tin of chopped tomatoes, add to saucepan fill the empty tin with water add to saucepan, simmer for five minutes, add salt pepper, hebs and chilli to taste (This one is so simple you can play around with it- I like to pan fry a chopped clove of garlic for a few seconds before adding the tomatoes and water). Then blend as much or as little as you fancy. Add more water if its too thick for you, and if you want, add more things. I like adding lean bacon and butter beans, or any beans I have around.

Family size- 2 tins toms, 3 lrg carrots, clove garlic crushd, 1 lrg onion, squirt tom puree, 1/2pint chickn stock, boil all 2gthr thn blend till smooth. I add loasdsa chilli too,mmm.
