Can anyone help me with tom yam soup, i have a thai paste for this, there is no frying invloved (as with a lot of pastes) you basically just add 2 cups of hot water to it and if desired prawns, chicken ,mushroom. spring onion etc..
ive looked on the syns and can only find green, red curry pastes that have a syn value of 1 - 1.5 - do u think this would count as the same ?
im hoping so as i was gonna add some small pieces of spagetti to it to bulk it out
