    Hi all,

This may be a really obvious question but dont want to be filling my face with my favourite soup without being able to record correctly.

I know all the veggies and chicken going into my broth are syn free but are the Tom yum Broth Cubes free???

If I have this for my tea I will also add some wholewheat noodles, do these have a syn value??

    Thanks

    Caz
