Tomatoes on 1000 plan

Sorry to be a nuisance but I am due to start the 1000 plan today as part of my maintenance but I can't find my book anywhere. I have to go to work in about half an hour and plan to go shopping when I have finished....... I can't remember if I am allowed tomatoes on this plan, fresh and tinned. Does anyone know that can help me??????
I'm seeing my CDC tonight so will ask for a new book from her then.

Depends what you're doing!!

If it's the 3a plan then no, if it's 3b then yes as some of the recipes have them!!!
