Tomatoes

I get the no citric acid thing that's found in tomatoes etc.....
I'm just having my Spicy Tomato Soup and wondering how we're allowed it.
Am I being really thick?

When they make the packs all the carbs, fats, salt etc etc are calculated to make it fit with the diet. The tomato flavouring may not have citric acid in it or not enough to make a difference.

I imagine that the spicy tomato soup is unlikely to contain any realy tomato, or for that matter anything that has ever resembled a tomato in any way shape or form :D

Thanks for asking, I thought the same.

Typical this is the first year my tomato plants have grown really well and I can only look at them!

I know what you mean, EmmaLouise. I've got 4 tomato plants, peas, carrots and runner beans this year(along side the apple and pear trees). Still my husband and son will eat well :)
