Someone mentioned it on here the other day, but cannot find the post, it is the vibrating plates... was looking to get one, but just wondered first if anyone on here has used one for a few weeks and does it really work. I have lost nearly 3 stone, but everything really needs toning, and not really having time for the gym I was looking to get the toning plate to use at home, but want to make sure it works before forking out... can anyone help?
