Too easy?

I feel like I'm doing it wrong as it seems too easy, I've gone over my daily points over the last couple of days but used my weeklies for the nits I've gone over, and because of this it feels too easy and that I'm doing it wrong. Anyone else feel like this? X

hehe nope i luv having my weeklies for days when i'm hungry or eat out ... the ease of this diet is why i love it so much :D .... just make sure not to go over your daily's once you've used all your weeklies or you'll be running up and down the road till midnight getting some active points, lol :D

Hmmm I'm sure the neighbours would love that lol. I've only gone over because my bf is visiting but once I'm on my own I'm sure i will stay in my allowance x

hehe :) sounds good. i find on my own i can stick within my daily's easily so save my weekly's for when i see my parents at weekends and socialising with friends..... that's why they are there after all :) ... if we didn't have them we'd feel like the diet is stopping us living then get bored and not stick to it :)

I feel like this!

I feel exactly the same. I track everything on iPhone app, it's worth gettin iPhone just for that, i use my dailies & sometimes into weeklies but don't feel like I'm dieting. I've cooked somethin yummy every night this week out of the simply satisfying book & the whole family have enjoyed it. My first weigh in 2moro which I'm so anxious to see if I've lost. Just don't feel like I'm doin owt diff or restrictin my self x

I generally use all my dailies and weeklies (53 a day and 49 a week) and it's all very easy now whilst I have that ammount to use...but I'm betting it gets harder as I loose (which I am) so I'm getting used to packing out my meals with veg...sooner or later I'm gonna have to ditch the bread for example and just have a plain old salad sans sandwich!

At the end of the day though I know that I have made changes, so easy it may be (for now!) but my eating habits would be unrecognisable to anyone who knew me six months ago and then bumped into me now.

At the end of the day, I reckon a big part of WW's success is built upon the fact that it is indeed rather an easy plan to follow, that's certainly why I signed up for it :)

I think most people have felt that or some point. But it really is like that and it really does work! If you enter the food you've had for the day into somewhere like myfitnesspal.com it will tell you the calories you've had and you'll see that it's the kind of amount of calories recommended for weight loss (yet when I tried using that to diet it didn't work out but this does... weird. Must be a mind thing)
