Too many eggs?

Yeah I love diet coke but "apparently it's worse for u than diet coke!" grrrrrrr

I also don't drink or smoke so if I want a couple of eggs a day then let me get on with it huh. Lol
 
Agreed that people try to put a downer on everything! The next person who tells me that diet coke is going to give me Alzheimer's or cancer is going to get a swift roundhouse kick to the head! Lol!

I hate that!

Although the best one I had was when I was out with someone who was trying to loose weight and was drinking full fat coke, when I ordered diet (after already loosing 2 stone) she told me that diet coke is worse for loosing weight then the proper stuff. I had to really hold my tongue to stop myself just saying ''duh just look at the two of us and see who's worked out what's best for loosing weight''

Agree with all of the above except coffee and prawns I don't like any kind of sea food except cod. Do u have a food diary I think ours might b similar lol

Lol tell me about it. I do think slimming world is the best diet and I've tried most of them lol. I used to love normal coke but I'm so used to diet if I acccidentally have a sip of normal it's not nice to me at all. Tooooo sweet now

The same person has also told me she'd be miserable eating like I did as she has to have her treats, its like well if you don't want to try it then fair enough. It's so funny how she doesn't realise I have my treats sometimes as my syns but sometimes they really work into the plan like burgers and other lovely meals. Apparently she'd rather do a really restrictive diet that lets her have a blow out once a week before going back to practically starving herself (personally THAT would make me miserable)
 
I did calorie counting and begrudged spending 100 cals on a banana so saved calories for chocolate I got quite ill and really spotty. On slimming world u can have such nice meals it just takes time. And I have a chocolate bar daily using my syns. I used all my syns last week didn't feel hungry or deprived and lost 3.5 pound. Can't really complain about that.

I've posted similar before but here is a list of things which are bad for you:

Too many eggs
Too much fruit
Too much red meat
Too much meat in general
Prawns and shellfish
Dairy products
Anything white
Anything processed
Anything sweet
Anything in pastry
Coffee/alcohol/fizzy drinks

You get the gist? What I'm trying to say is that you can find research to suggest that everything is bad for you in one form or another. Use your own sensible judgement, and don't listen to "someone at work"

Another question when doing the super free for omlette would you could it as the space of 2 hard boiled eggs rather than 2 eggs in An omlette because obviously it expands and takes up the whole place so to put super free with that you would need tonnes!
 
I don't feel my omlettes are complete if they don't have fried onions in them, done in frylight of course. Lovely :eating:

I did this on WW, got to target twice over the years and then started eating food as well as the crisps and choc and....zzzzzz Not doing it again.
 
I eat at least 1 egg ,cooked in a frying pan, every day, I have lost just under 7 stone, my cholesterol readings were normal at the last check-up! Enough said!!

I always keep a few hard boiled eggs in the fridge if im peckish when making a meal ill snack on one until my meal is ready. I use them in salads too. An old wives tale my mum used to say dont eat too many eggs they will bung u up and make u egg bound
