Too many strawberries?????

    This wekend I may have eaten my body weight in strawberries!!! :(
    is this gonna be ok?
    Ive had a little bit of Splenda on them sometimes but mostly just on their own.
    Ive been sooooo good this week so wanted to check im not tripping myself up here :wave_cry:
    Also a quicky - are the Muller vanilla with sprinkles small pots of yoghurt free cos they were on offer in Asda

    I love strawberries and pineapple - is tinned pineapple OK if you can't get a fresh one? :confused:

    Must be nearly time for Wimbledon so strawberries and low fat yogurt for us! ;)

    thanks alli...thats not too bad. will stick to the free ones now though. x sorry to highjack the thread! good luck for WI, im sure you can trust that you can eat as many strawberries as you like and lose weight on this plan. x

    Go for it with the strawberries!

    I love them, and I find that if I've been eating them a lot, it really helps show a good loss on the scales.

    Last week eat loads of strawberries and had no effect of a gain, yeah big up the strawberries :)

    lol ive eaten too many strawberries there on offer £1 at asda... as ther in season so i can afford to eat lots as opposed to the usual 3.49 in tesco usually :(

    Tbh EB I can totally manage without the choc!
    Im finding strawberries are sweet enough to give me the sugar kick and very occassionaly I have a couple of M&S mini belgian choc meringues in with them too ;)

    Yep thats my prob Gemma!! They are really nice from Asda at the mo too

    Also finding the dark choc and almond Fibre plus bars a fab choccy treat!
