Too many strawberries?????

This wekend I may have eaten my body weight in strawberries!!!
is this gonna be ok?
Ive had a little bit of Splenda on them sometimes but mostly just on their own.
Ive been sooooo good this week so wanted to check im not tripping myself up here :wave_cry:
Also a quicky - are the Muller vanilla with sprinkles small pots of yoghurt free cos they were on offer in Asda

Strawberries are a speed food - so shouldn't have done too much harm with them.

Go for it with the strawberries!

I love them, and I find that if I've been eating them a lot, it really helps show a good loss on the scales.

Tbh EB I can totally manage without the choc!
Im finding strawberries are sweet enough to give me the sugar kick and very occassionaly I have a couple of M&S mini belgian choc meringues in with them too
