Too much to lose...

Day 2 on SW
I've seen some of the weight loss diaries in here, and it seems like a really good idea to keep a journal of the weight loss from an emotional perspective, rather than a "this is what I'm eating" kind of basis. Hopefully keeping it here, and public, will keep me motivated to keep going.

I have my first weigh in tomorrow - we're doing this thing at work where we have a mini "The Biggest Loser" thing going on where we weigh in each week, follow the plan we want and either do sponsored weight loss, or donate some money each week to Make-A-Wish foundation (our company charity for the next 3 years)

I'm a bit nervous about it, as I've only been following SW for a couple of days, but all I can do is hope, and not let it get to me if for some reason I don't lose.

I also want to get some 'before' photos so I can see the journey as I lose the weight and hopefully keep myself going. It's going to be a long road, but I'm sure I'll get there.
