Unless I write everything down I will lose track.
This maybe a very boring diary for others, but it helps me!
Day 2 30 day shred, spinning Tom night....

10.13 this morning, over the moon.
Choc shake
Thai soup
Milk choc bar
Macc cheese over broccoli

Bath full of LUSH

Bed in 15 x onto the next day and hopefully another pound down...

HUNGRY ALL day....
I don't understand why? Surely if I'm in ketosis which I must be, as have not cheated even 1... Then surely I shouldn't be hungry! Headache back,not totm, drank plenty of water feel really bloated, haven't done no 2 for 1 week which would have something to do with it but the hunger is intense, so I'm having to go to bed.......??????
 
I still get hungry days, usually hormonal. This plan can tinker with hormones

I started today Toothfairy.. Your diary has motivated me! I brought all shakes and 7 meals.. I wish I'd brought some porridge now and soups! Guna order next weeks on Monday so will order then then.

You've done so brilliantly! And Rebekah is a wicked motivator!

Stressing out!!!

Not sure what the hell 100g of chicken looks like, as ive only had 4 packs a day, so when it was served to me ( grilled) I ate it! But bloody hell it was filling I had it with broccoli cauliflower and white cabbage ( looked about 200g) as I'm used to how that looks... But now I'm thinking I ate way too much bloody chicken and worried it will kick me out if ketosis! I feel full, which I haven't done at all on this diet, and panicking I've blown it!!!

Advice please!!!!

Really angry with myself! But I couldn't ask the waiter for some scales! That would sound a bit strange.......
 
I weighed a breast today (small one) was 106g. Normal ones are around 120g. Don't panic that's fine!xxx

Morning ladies,
I know I was allowed the chicken 100g is so small that by having more is what worried me.... As long as I'm still ketosis that's all that matters...

Bearing mind this is week 2 I'm still not getting the signs of ketosis, I'm still hungry, I don't have the manky breathe or metal taste, I don't feel exhilirated...... Haven't bothered with ketostix as was told not to bother as they can be a waste of time.......
It's working as I'm losing ( slowly) but you would on so little calories....

Not sure it's working as well for me as gor others....
 
Not everyone gets symptoms hun. Don't worry you will be in the zone

On atkins your in ketosis you can eat all the protein. No amount of chicken will impact ketosis. Simple (only calories to add to mfp or take into account)

I loose slow too but I loose that's the main thing!!

Do you think having the 4 packs a day is more efficient or the same as 3 and a protein meal?xxx
