DRINK enough water!! I know everyone says it but I wasn't keeping an eye on my fluids and when eventually did (after feeling weary) I realised I was only having 1.5/2 litres. I've now upped it to at least 2.5/3 litres a day and I feel so much better.
So, if you're struggling for any reason, give it a go and I really think it will help.
