i am a returning sw member.
i last followed the plan in 2009 and lost well.
at the start of the year i broke my ankle,two places on the fibula.fortunately i heard the bone break and so didn't put my foot down.meaning that the bones stayed in place.however,due the type of break i was unable to bear any weight on the foot for fear of the bone moving and then needing metal work surgery.i had to stay in plaster for 8 weeks,leg elevated ersting doing absolutely nada!I had the plaster off 3 weeks ago and am still unable to bear weight on the ankle and am still on full crutches.
over the last 3 months i have been gaining weight and am going to return to sw from home for now.but,as soon as i can stand properly to be weighed i will probably join a nearby club again.
i will follow the eaxtra easy plan and my question is what are your top tips using sw?
