Tortellini?

I used to eat this quite regularly, but have found that it is very high in syns.

Does anyone know why this is? I know it has some filling, but it is usually only a tiny scraping and the rest should be free as its just pasta?

Fresh pasta is not free it must be syned. So tortellini is all syns
