Tortilla pizza

I'm a big fan of tortilla pizza and always have it Saturday nite with the boyf who orders in... The only thing that confuses me is the syn value of the tortillas as all different... Last week I made my own batch and taste just as good...

I calculate them as 3.5 each which is less then the usual shop bought ones... Do you all agree...

250g White bread flour
Pinch of salt
225ml warm water

Place the flour, salt and water in a bowl, mix to a smooth dough. Divide into 12 equal balls and roll out into 15cm (6in) circles.
Cook each tortilla in a large ungreased frying pan for 30 seconds each side (keep warm, covered in the oven).

Yup your right that works, not sure they'd taste the same or even work but the Tesco Crusty Wholemeal Bread Mix is hex b! Might be worth experimenting with.
