Tortilla wrap syns

Can someone help me work out the syns for the following please.

I have old el paso, flour tortillas and wholewheat tortillas.

Both 6 pack, 350g pack.

I'm getting 6 syns for the flour ones, but the wholewheat are not listed.

thanks allie, thing is on the syns list it says old el paso flour tortillas 7 syns?

Actually ive just found it:

Soft Flour Tortillas, 8 pack, 41g each 7 syns
Whole Wheat Tortillas, 6 pack, 58g each 10 syns

Old el paso......are you getting the same, why are the wholewheat more syns

It is the weight/size of the wraps that are slightly difference and hence higher syns

You would think the wholemeal one could be part of the HE.

If you look on Capricorn's diary, she has a recipe on there for making your own which work out at 5.5 syns each but are larger than shop bought ones. Haven't tried them yet but will at sometime!

I always buy the larger wraps (10 syns) and fill it with free food, usually quorn and veg stirfry. Served with rice or salad its really filling and I'd rather use syns within a meal than on snacks. Really tasty too!

I always use Weight Watchers tortilla wraps - just 5 Syns each! Not only do I use them to make fajitas with, but they also make a lovely pizza base :drool: This might save you quite a few Syns in future xx

thanks for that i will have a look when im in the supermarket again!! im going to have the wrap with chicken and lots of veg and salad

I had tacos last night for 10.5 syns on red/EE

or you can get taco trays which are 2 syns each.

Could dish it up with salad and cajun wedges xx

I have chicken fajitas served on rice,still lovely without the high syns tortillas!

I save up my 2 hexb and have two wholemeal pitta breads from Asda and stuff them with onions peppers mushrooms etc done in fajita spice with added 0% Greek yogurt syn homemade syn free tomato salsa and only use syns on homemade guecamole.

I don't eat meat so do this on green days. Could also save your cheese hex as well
