Hi, just brought some of these yogurts, but I'm disapointed as they are 2 and a half syns :-( so dont know if my calculations are wrong?

per 100g
52cals
protien 9g
carbs 4g
fat 0g
sats 0g

serving size 150g

I dont understand why this would have so many syns!!! lol :sigh::confused::8855:

Oh no, i thought they were free, i've been eating 2 per day most days:eek:. No i'm sure they are free as my consultant told me they were :confused::confused:

ok thx, yeh i thought they were free, dont understand why they are not on the calculator?? lol i have 2 sat in the fridge and i dont not wat to do, eat them or give them to my hubbs? lol

Ok I tested a mullerlight (sprinkled dark choc and not layers) and its 4 and a half syns!! so dont be fooled by the calculator!! lol

Remember, with the calculator, you need to tell it that the food is comprised of 'free' food. Fat free yogurt IS free, so you need to tell it that...OR, just search by brand, and you'll find 99% of things that way anyway.

Honestly, Total 0% is FREE!
