I've been on weight watchers for the past few years but started to find it really restricitve and got fed up with counting points and measuring my food. I decided to switch to Slimming World and spent last week following the plan to the letter. Unfortunately i had already planned to go for afternoon tea (sandwiches, scones & cakes etc) on the day of my 2nd weight so when i weighed in i had actually put on half a pound. I was totally mortified and told them that i had been for afternoon tea to which they looked a bit disapproving. I'm really worried about going back this week incase i haven't lost any weight again. I have genuinely stuck to the plan 100% and have only eaten 59 syns. My worry is that because i only have a bit to lose (9.5lbs) that slimming world won't work because i can eat so much free food. Please can somebody put my mind at rest??
