total meal replacement

Anyone using celebrity slim for total meal replacement?

Am now reading the website ..wanted to use lipotrim but they wont sell their complete meal replacement system without GP or pharamacy consultation

Any experiences would be fantastic

its not designed as a total meal replacement, you wont get all the nutrients you need. have you tried exante.... you can do a total meal replacement on there and buy online/on the phone

its super pricey at 2.95 a meal, thats like £10 a day..mad.. I only spend about £20 a week on food.

Celebrityslim is in my price range.

Will try and get into see nurse..bit tricky atm with swine flu taking up all their time!!

Thanks.. if anyone has used this for full nutrition would love to hear experiences etc.

celeb slim is 25 for a weeks supply at 2 packs per day

you need at least 3 so thats even more expensive

You can get an Exante variety pack containing 21 TMRs for £36.75

14 @ 24.99, 1 a day, two weeks less than £12 a week.... cheaper than the exalante..lots of new flavours too

okay..gonna checkout both and order the celebrity slim

are you thinking of just living in the one pack a day?

if you want to do a total meal replacement you need to follow something that has already been set up. otherwise you wont end up just losing fat you'll end up losing musicle...

it could even start eating away at your heart for energy

think about what you are doing very carefully you can make yourself very ill!

1 a day, for appropriate calories

I wanted to use lipotrim but cannot due to bmi. trying to find a reasonable alternatives.

Thanks for the help
