Its so frustrating when you get an unexpected gain despite being 100% committed... I've come to realise that 1 in 4 I will probably do this, so I try to look at my losses over a month now, and aim for 4-5lb off a month... that way I know when I get that annoyingly higher number despite the hard work at the end of the month I will be looking at my lowest weight yet...
