Although I haven't actually started WW yet (1st meeting on monday) I have worked out my points as being 30 a day. Yesterday I was convinced I had had all 30 despite eating only "good" things all day. I'd written everything down, went to add them up late last night and I'd only had 19!
Will teach me to add as I go!!
Short of stuffing a cream cake down before I went to bed there wasn't a lot I could do about making the points up at that time of night! :sigh:
So, my question is "is it going to make a difference to my weight loss this week?" I really want a loss after STS at SW last week!! :cry:
