It's that time and Im in ketosis fully and not craving much other than toast. I feel really nauseous. I dont feel like drinking any of my shakes or any water. I know I'll get dehydrated and all that but everytime I drink something I feel like I'm going to throw up any minute now. I've just had a cranberry crunch bar and managed to gulp down a banana tetra without throwing up. I've only had 1 mug of green tea and no water at all. I've had 1 out of 3 frozen tetra Lolly for breakfast. Shall I eat some fruit? I really don't want to drink anymore water. What shall I do? I'm craving a toast for some reason but I know I won't touch it because my oh is at home and he will tell me off. Got weigh in tomorrow and I know I'll be dissapointed as I feel really bloated too..and this morning was really dizzy and headaches. Any advice would be great
 
I read that cravings go in about 30 minutes so you could go into a bedroom away from the kitchen and wait. If not, try low carb and low fat food - chicken, fish, eggs or quorn. Also green veg. I would steer clear of fruit.
 
The cravings seem to have gone away for now..they just linger around in my mind when I open the bread cupboard. What can I do about water intake? I will try have lettuce and cucumber salad for dinner if I have energy to make it
 
Ive just come off my TOTM and like you struggled with the water... I'm normally at least a 4 litre a day girl but I could barely manage 2! I just had to force the water down me regardless of it making me feel ill! I felt doubly bloated and horrid :(

Its great the cravings gave gone! it's normal your body's craving high calorie carb/sugar foods... Just think what you would have normally ate at this time without been on CD! The fact you've not had that toast shoes your determination! Definitely have a SS+ meal to help you out

No fruit as it will throw you out of ketosis with all that sugar ;)
