    Having messed about with SW (which didn't suit me at all) I'm back on WW (old points) - although I still have all my old books, cook books etc, I don't have any of the old paper trackers left - does anyone know if there's a downloadable one. I've found the points calculator, which will come in useful, but I need to make sure I write everything down!

    personally i just use a notebook as a food diary. theres also a ipad app i use called iwatchr thats a pretty cool tracker and calculator, its also available for iphone and android if you have one :)
